On this date, The Ghost successfully destroyed the Customer Preview database.

At this point, the above event is pure fiction. I have no way to verify if this actually happened or not.

What truly happened is stated in the above journal entry. The Asshat asked me to violate company policy verbally, by phone. He asked me not to consult The Dave in doing so. He asked me to deploy changes to the Customer Preview database without any written record that this command had been issued, and without any oversight as to what I was actually doing.

I felt like he had put me into a position where somebody could have replaced the deployment scripts, and I could have been framed as the fall guy when something went wrong.

I covered my ass, and did not actually apply any changes to the Customer Preview environment in the end.

Ink+=-Dave

We are connected. A world with a positive Ink is directly-tied to a world with a negative Dave.

Even if he is leveraging the database today, his message broadcasts his intent: he wants to destroy this system of leverage as much as I do.

We cannot live in a world where our leaders are puppets.
