Honestly

Corroborating Digital Testimonial Influence Leverage The Inventor
The Inventor sends a personal message.

Planning ahead

SIGNAL

The Inventor excitedly talks to a friend. She details the plans that she has for this person’s arrival.

ANALYSIS

This whole video is worth watching, but I won’t analyze it too deeply here. It really seems to be a personal moment from a girl who is excited about a friend who is going to visit. It strikes me as genuine. She is genuinely sending a message to someone across the Internet.

An honest mistake

SIGNAL

The Inventor says, “I just really, really appreciate you, and I love you a lot! I just really care about making sure that you are feeling very good, and very comfortable, and happy… so I guess the right word would be, honest. I just really love honesty.” - @15:38

ANALYSIS

This isn’t the first time The Inventor has mentioned honesty.

Could she be talking about me? Could she be talking about the rehabilitated blixie that is supposed to help her build The Fold?

Of the 3 videos she’s produced that I found messages within, 2 of them mention her desire for honesty. I just find it so telling that “good, comfortable, and happy” leads to the word “honesty.” They aren’t the same thing. The context doesn’t make sense.

This was about honesty all along. She needs someone who isn’t going to lie to her.

My works are my attempt to be honest. I have held nothing back.
