Today marks the one-year anniversary of my A/B test’s public reveal.

Just one day prior to this video, I sent a follow-up email to my lawyer at Constantine Cannon. This came after a prior discussion we had over the phone. The email was as follows:

The very next day, I saw the above video. I had only ever watched this channel once, and in that case, it was “part 1” of this same series. This was “part 2.”

She opens with the simple statement, “Disclosure… nobody understands this!”

ANALYSIS⌗

As you can see, the concept of disclosure was explained in my original email.

I can interpret this in two different ways:

1. Nobody else understands how important disclosure of this project is. It must be meticulously-planned.
2. Nobody understands what the hell I am trying to say in that email.

I think #2 is more likely. Such has been the trend all along. From my perspective, anyway.
