Lie to Me

The Catfish Moment

SIGNAL

The Raven shows off her business card, then says, “Might be a little bit of a catfish moment, but that’s alright…"- @18:18

ANALYSIS

I took several things from this. First, this is a “lying to you” video. Thus, if she says “this might be a little bit of a catfish moment,” she is indicating that it IS NOT a catfish moment. This is a true love story.

However, the simple action of her showing off an ID planted a seed within me.

My previous interpretation of the necessary verification was incorrect. Rather, these people are asking for more verification from me.

They want a video.

ACTION

In response, I created a private verification video ($REDACTED), and I sent it to several people connected with The Raven.

I lied as well. I blamed The Raven for everything.

For the birds

ACTION

While watching The Thief’s video, I had the thought, “What bird name should I give you?

If I’m The Crow, and The Inventor is The Dove, and The Raven is The Raven, then The Thief needs a bird name as well.

SIGNAL

Within 3 seconds of having this thought, The Thief begins to say the word, “Kite.” - @19:21

ANALYSIS

Well, there you go. The Thief is now “The Kite.”

Not only did he immediately respond to my query, but he did so while holding the the big green leaf that represents me.

This shit is so weird.
