I immediately understood the message here (if there was one at all).

The people researching me need me to shut off my devices before going to bed this night. That way, they will be able to figure out if someone else has been using my devices, or if all of my account activity are actions of my own.

At this point, I don’t know if someone else is acting on my behalf. I have seen evidence of manipulation, but I believe that this was performed by the researchers themselves - not some hacker.

In response, I shut off my computer and phone before going to bed this night.

As I picked up my phone, the little green security light indicating that my camera was being used flicked off. Just like what happened here. Just like one other time that happened on January 7th.

Somebody snapped a picture of my face.

I have been shutting off my devices every day since.
