The Hunter
A lashing⌗
ACTION⌗
With no other options left, yet still desperate to get the help that I - and the world - needs, I called The Asshat, Dustin Mohan, directly. This was the first time we would speak since October 2019.
ANALYSIS⌗
This phone call took every ounce of courage I had to make. This is the man that destroyed my life. This man, and this company, allowed their fear of a perceived threat to lead to paranoia over a man that has only love to give. They are completely mistaken about me and my intentions. They never even asked for my perspective.
They simply assumed.
It is painfully clear that, while I have been one to face my fear this entire time, over and over again since leaving that place, The Asshat has allowed it to fester. The Asshat hasn’t changed a bit. The man has become even worse in the wake of the context that’s being withheld from him.
That context being that I am exactly who I say I am. I am a part of something big. I’m trying to do the right thing. I’m trying to fix a major societal problem. I did want to bring him along for the ride.
I can’t do this alone. But the only people who can help me won’t listen. They’re scared of me.
By the next day, Aventiv would send another cease-and-desist letter.
So be it, then. We’re going to be enemies. This wasn’t my choice.
And I’m still going to try to fix you.
