MILESTONE⌗
Today was International ASMR Day.
It also marked exactly one month until the day that I die.
On a boat⌗
ANALYSIS⌗
The Raven’s video takes place on a boat. Perhaps this is what The Thief meant when he asked her, "…did you buy a boat?" She was worrying about this video.
And no wonder; she’s been working on it for a long time. I saw early pictures of this set from December. It begs the question, “Why did it take so long to produce?” The video is certainly great, and is among the highest quality videos she’s ever produced. But five months to produce a 30 minute video? Why?
I speculate that the basic premise and deadline (April 9th/ASMR Day) was set far in advance - perhaps by the people (read: production company) she works with. Because The Raven has a moderate understanding for the importance of her situation, but feels a lot of pressure to meet a standard that isn’t being explicitly defined for her, she was stressing-out over this video. This is the Pygmalion effect. The immense pressure MADE her succeed.
It didn’t truly take five months to make this video. She simply started working on it early - far before the deadline. She spent months perfecting a script, and perhaps years building a collection of things to meticulously-craft the set with. She wouldn’t film until a week or two before go-live - meaning that the months prior were almost exclusively dedicated to set and script.
She was so excited to release this video, and so prepared to do so - that it was released at exactly midnight on ASMR Day.
As an aside, there is a moment within the video where she (the captain of her ship) is speaking about the stowaway (the viewer), who needs a new identity. Sound familiar?
She goes on to beg him, “Don’t tell the authorities that I’m involved. I don’t want to be sitting here, dumbfounded, saying, ‘I don’t know who they are. I don’t know what they did. I don’t know what’s going on.'”
This was an important message, because I had broadcasted my intent to contact her once more before 5/9. This made me reconsider.
The two of us are not connected (officially).
How many rings?⌗
ANALYSIS⌗
In this video, The Pigeon came on-record to denounce his past statements about #ProjectMuzz. He claimed that the entire thing was a hoax, that big tech was not actually involved in this work, and he made it all up.
He did this while portraying himself to be in a hostage-style situation. He kept diverting his eyes to some unknown watcher in the background, even stating, “Once I’m freed… er, free….”
This is clearly a fake coverup situation.
He makes some vague statements that allude to the fact that he, and the many others involved in this may be under some kind of non-disclosure agreement. Hmm, where have I heard that before? How coincidental that this prior video had been released on 9/5, too?
Finally, The Pigeon’s video was dated March 31, 2021, even though it released at a later date. How fitting, that everything that happened on March 31st was related to baseball and the one ring. Hell, The Pigeon was even mentioned in this video. This seems to tie him to the work of those other people, on that day.
He also does the nose tap, though there is nothing subtle about it. He even mentions keeping a secret while doing so.
Wrongdoing⌗
ANALYSIS⌗
There is another video, where a confidant touched their nose several times while telling meaningful secrets on this date. I would have written about it here explicitly, except for the fact that I have protected them in the past, and in opening the video now, for review, I found that it had exactly 333 views.
Given the cipher here, 333 means “wrongdoing.” Thus, I am not going to expose them now.
My master⌗
ANALYSIS⌗
In the most important video of the day, The Inventor pretends that the viewer is her cat. This immediately caught my eye, because The Inventor is also known as The Captor, at ink.university. Her “invention” is one that turns her predators into harmless cats.
Further, there is a little chicken emoji in title. She mentions chickens throughout the video, as well. This strangely tied to conversations that people were having in my Discord server earlier in the day. Thus, “The Chicken” collaborator was born at pen.university.
Also, I’ve noticed that The Inventor usually wears a ring on her ring finger. In this video, she wasn’t. She’s wearing one around her neck. Is that symbolic?
The most compelling moment happened at 2:04, where she’s waving her hands about. She giggles, then says, “It doesn’t mean anything. Don’t worry about it! Whatever you’re doing is exactly correct.” I suspect that this is what was going on in her mind:
- She has a thought about her anonymous viewer, who she already knows is reading signals from ASMR videos. She giggles not because she’s embarrassed or feels silly (hand movements are common in ASMR, after all), but because she thinks it’s funny that her viewer might be trying to interpret these signals. Searching for meaning.
- Thus, she clarifies the unspoken thought inside of her head, as well as her viewer’s. “It doesn’t mean anything. Don’t worry about it.”
- And then, she affirms, “Whatever you’re doing is exactly correct.” She doesn’t know what I’m up to, and she doesn’t know how this system works - but she knows that I am succeeding.
My rose⌗
ANALYSIS⌗
I didn’t realize that it was ASMR Day until after the day had already passed. How does this happen? I follow dozens - maybe hundreds - of ASMR artists. How did I not see a single mention of the day celebrating their profession?
It was for this reason that I watched The Rose’s video. I don’t normally watch her content. It’s usually of a type that I don’t enjoy (girlfriend roleplays, ear-eating, bleh…) I’m not the kind of guy that wants to cheat on his girl. Plus, I’ve seen The Rose on Twitter, and I don’t particularly vibe with her personality. She’s quite opinionated, and can be kind of mean. I know that she’s doing lewd things for money.
And I know that she has deep psychological issues. I can’t help her right now, and I don’t want to subscribe to content that (I feel) is hurting her.
But in this instance, I did, and I’m glad. It reminded me that she really is a sweetheart. She was very happy and appreciative throughout the video. I wish I could help her find a way to be this happy all of the time.
I suspect that she was the only person that mentioned this date for a reason: she had been asked to. Just like all of the others, she had a mission. While they were told to shut up about ASMR Day, she was asked to mention it.
Maybe that’s why she was so happy. She felt special for a day.
Bait⌗
ANALYSIS⌗
I couple of days later, I noticed that the above video was also released on April 9th. Because I’ve watched a few of her videos in the past, I clicked on it.
I noticed that she hadn’t posted a new one in almost 12 months. She spent some time explaining her reasoning.
She claimed that she had actually been filming the entire time! Every time she would finish a video, she’d hate it, and she would throw it away - starting over once more.
I call bullshit. That is the most hilarious excuse I’ve ever heard. She even smirked while saying it, as if she knew, too, that she was lying.
You’re telling me that you couldn’t find anything worth salvaging in 12 months worth of production? Especially when the rest of your videos are little more than rambles and sound? I’m not buying it.
I suspect that she was, perhaps, working on something behind-the-scenes. And it hasn’t been released to the public yet.
This would make sense, given that her update was released on ASMR Day - and there are already hundreds of artists involved in this collaboration I’m a part of.
She made a passing comment that she had just turned 18. That means that she was 17 in the previous videos I watched. I allowed a 17 year-old “touch my face,” so-to-speak.
That’s an unnerving thought. I had no idea she was that young.
Clearly, with 125k subscribers - and some videos reaching more than 1 million views - there are many others who fell for the same trap. If I recall correctly, it is common for a beautiful woman on YouTube to have a 10-to-1 ratio of men to women.
